Insurance

Radiant Complexions Dermatology accepts all major insurance plans and coverage including Medicare, Medicaid and Title IXX.

While all major carriers are accepted, insurance plans can vary from patient to patient. It is the patient's responsibility to check with your insurance carrier to confirm coverage prior to receiving service. You can do this by checking their website or by calling the customer service telephone number on the back of your insurance card.

Do I need a referral?
Some insurance plans require official requests from a patient's Primary Care Provider (PCP in order for your visit to our office to be covered by your insurance carrier. We need this referral prior to your appointment in order to bill a claim. If insurance denies the claim for lack of referral, you may billed for the entire amount.

Your insurance information will be verified at each appointment. Please bring your insurance card with you as well as a photo ID. Co-payments are also due at time of service. After your insurance claim is processed, there may be a balance due if your plan has a deductible to meet. For your convenience, we accept cash, checks and credit cards. You may also pay online in the Radiant Complexions Dermatology patient portal.

Are Cosmetic Services Covered by Insurance?
Most cosmetic services are not covered by medical insurance. Payment is due in full at the time of your appointment and is non-refundable. Ask your Radiant Complexions medical provider about any available promotions on cosmetic dermatology services.
